Meets the requirement of Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA, 15 U.S.C. 2682), and other requirements found at 40 C.F.R. part 745, Subpart L. The course includes HUD 2nd. Edition 2012 Guidelines and other applicable regulations. Course topics include: Roles and Responsibilities of Supervisors, Background Information and its Adverse Health Effects, Review of Federal, State and Local Regulations, Interior Dust Abatement and Cleanup.
