EPA Lead Risk Assessor Refresher – English

Meets the requirement of Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA, 15 U.S.C. 2682), and other requirements found at 40 C.F.R. part 745, Subpart L. Course topics include: Roles and Responsibilities, Review of Federal, State and Local Regulations, Liability and Insurance Issues, Risk Assessment and Inspections. This is an eight hour refresher course.
